• Compensation: If uptime drops below 99.9%, users may request service credits.
• Exclusions: SLA does not cover downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, user errors, or third-party software issues.

4. Data Protection Policy

• Security Measures: Data is protected using encryption, firewalls, and secure storage systems.
• Data Retention: Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for business or legal purposes.
• User Responsibility: Users are responsible for securing their accounts and updating their passwords regularly.

5. Communication and Support Policy

• Support requests should only be submitted via our ticketing system or official email. Avoid sharing sensitive information in direct messages (DMs).
• Lost Windows passwords cannot be recovered by CorePlex Hosting. Users must reset their systems if passwords are forgotten.

6. Terms of Service

By accessing and using the CorePlex Hosting website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

7. Service Description

CorePlex Hosting provides various hosting services, including VPS, VDS, Bare Metal servers, Game Server hosting, Minecraft hosting, FiveM hosting, and more. The specific services provided and their details will be outlined in your order form or contract.

8. User Responsibilities

As a user of CorePlex Hosting, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and account setup.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of our services.
• Not use our services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or distributing malware.

9. Account Termination

CorePlex Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem necessary.

10. Payment and Billing

• All services are provided on a prepaid basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you select.
• Invoices will be issued according to the billing cycle you select during the registration process.
• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of your services.

11. Refund Policy

CorePlex Hosting offers refunds for purchases made within 24 hours of the initial transaction. Refund requests must be submitted within this 24-hour period to be eligible. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours from the time of purchase.

12. Data Backup

While CorePlex Hosting makes regular backups of our systems, we strongly recommend that you maintain your own backups of your data. CorePlex Hosting is not responsible for any loss of data.

13. Limitation of Liability

CorePlex Hosting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to use our services. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CorePlex Hosting, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms of Service.

15. Modifications to Services and Terms

CorePlex Hosting reserves the right to modify or discontinue any services at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your consent to the updated terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
